Problem

You may be unable to access or register for Securonix Connect if you try to sign up using a personal email address or a domain that isn’t associated with an eligible organization.

To explain who can access Securonix Connect, how to register successfully, and what to do if you experience access issues.


 

Access Overview

Welcome to Securonix Connect — the community and collaboration space for Securonix customers and partners.

Access is limited to verified Securonix customers and authorized partners to maintain a trusted, secure environment for discussion and knowledge sharing.

Please register using your corporate email address that’s associated with your organization’s Securonix account.

🛡️ Why Access Is Restricted

To protect customer data, ensure compliance, and support a safe collaboration space, Securonix Connect access is limited to:

  • Employees of organizations with an active Securonix subscription

  • Approved Securonix partners and resellers

  • Individuals invited through official Securonix programs

Note: Personal or public email domains (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, or iCloud) aren’t eligible for registration.

If you reached this page after attempting to create a Connect account, here’s what to check:

  1. Confirm you’re using your corporate email address associated with your organization’s Securonix subscription or partnership.

    • Example: firstname.lastname@yourcompany.com
