🚀 Help Us Build What Matters

At Securonix, innovation starts with you — our customers and partners. Every enhancement, workflow improvement, and new capability begins as an idea from the field.

If you’ve identified a gap, experienced a challenge, or envisioned a feature that could make our platform even better, we want to hear from you. Your input helps guide our product roadmap and ensures Securonix evolves to meet real-world needs.

💡 When to Submit an Idea vs. Start a Discussion

Submit an Idea (Feature Request)

Use the Product Ideation area when you want to request a new feature, enhancement, or workflow improvement.

  • These posts are reviewed by our Product Management team.

  • Other members can upvote and comment to help prioritize ideas.

  • Approved ideas feed directly into our product innovation pipeline.

Start a Discussion (Community Category)

If your post is a question, best practice, or use case discussion — not a feature request — post it under a Community Discussion category like Learn & Share, Tips & Tricks, or Use Cases.

These threads are meant for collaboration, learning, and peer exchange — not roadmap input.

✍️ How to Share an Impactful Idea

When creating a new post, first select the post type “Idea” so your submission is routed to our Product Ideation team for review.

If you’re asking a question or starting a discussion instead, choose “Question” or “Conversation” — those go to the community discussion areas.

To help our Product team understand and act on your Idea submission, please include:

🧩 Title:

A short, descriptive headline summarizing your idea.

📝 Description:

Explain the problem or enhancement clearly. Include:

  • The business use case or workflow where current functionality falls short

  • Specific modules, screens, or features involved

  • Any screenshots, mockups, or documentation links

  • The impact — how this improves your team’s efficiency, security, or visibility

🎯 Product Area:

Choose the most relevant module or product area so it reaches the right Product Manager quickly.

🏷️ Tags:

Add keywords, use cases, or product components to help others find and support your idea.

✅ What Happens Next

Every idea is reviewed and tracked by our Product Management team. Here’s what to expect:

  • New ideas stay in “Just Shared” status for up to 14 days for community voting and comments.

  • Within 30 days, Product reviews each idea for alignment with roadmap priorities and customer demand.

  • After review, the idea will move to one of these statuses:

    • On the Roadmap: Approved and planned for development.

    • Check Back Later: Deferred but may return in future cycles.

    • Magic Required: Not aligned with current strategy or scope.

The Product team may reach out for clarification, feedback, or early adopter participation. Ideas with strong community engagement may be prioritized sooner.

📣 A Note from Our Chief Product Officer

“Customer ideation isn’t just a request box — it’s a collaboration channel. The more context you provide, the better we can evaluate impact and make meaningful improvements. Thank you for shaping the future of Securonix.”
Simon Hunt, Chief Product Officer, Securonix
